About us

We are attention seekers. We create ideas not noise for leading grocery brands. Our job is to create campaigns that make brands stand out. Turning heads and changing habits through the whole journey – from digital to shopper to sales promotion.

We’re ex ‘big agency’ ourselves and we’ve been going since 2011, working with leading FMCG brands.  The work is always varied and we get to work on many fun and exciting briefs.

We’re looking to build on our successes to date by bringing in some bright creative thinking to help propel us all further on our journey.

You’d be working alongside the two founders (following a successful probation period) – leading the creative output and also working with us on  the direction of the agency,

The role is an important one for us and we think it’s a great opportunity for an established senior creative to try something new, and this process is all about finding the right person to join us on our journey.

About you

You’ll be a talented, ideas-led Creative with previous experience in a creative leadership role. At home across the whole comms mix – where a good idea is a good idea. You’ll be passionate and brilliant at both the concepts and the craft, with a keen interest (and ideally experience) in FMCG & grocery brand marketing.

Inspiring and easy going but also ambitious and driven, you’ll be able to turn sound strategic thinking into creative ideas delivered with excellent design craft, and able to write strong supporting narratives and rationales that meet the brief and the strategy. Here you’ll also be great in front of clients, keen to build relationships and sell your work and the capabilities of the agency .

Internally, you’ll be enthusiastic, ambitious and collaborative in nature, and keen to inspire the wider agency team.

Further desirable skills would include exposure to more specific elements of our offering, such as sales promotion, Social/YouTube content/advertising, print and OOH, film production, animation, photo shoots, etc.

You’ll be developing ideas across integrated campaigns (digital, social, etc) through to in-store and retailer shopper marketing, onpack promotions and promotional activations.

You’ll have experience in / be comfortable with… 

Creative strategy – Able to help respond to briefs with strategic thinking to tackle both large and small briefs

Conceptual ideas – A passion for exploring the possible

Art direction – An understanding of the craft; the ability to turn ideas into great looking reality 

Copywriting / headlines – Messaging and crafting cut-through

Digital / social media content & campaigns – The ability to explore innovative use of social; both regular, long term brand comms… plus short-term activations and campaigns.

Shopper marketing creative – A passion for instore creative, with a comprehensive understanding of formats and placements within main retailers.

Promotions ideas: on and off pack – The ability to craft ideas, mechanics and prize structure for promotional campaigns

Creative production and process – Help optimise the internal process whilst guiding the creative team towards the best possible outcomes.

Video content production – Pre production and storyboarding, through to filming, post production and editing.

Pitching and presenting – Comfortable in presenting ideas and creative to the biggest brands, whilst building rapport with potential clients.

Writing award entries – Helping the team craft written entries for awards, along with collation of supporting collateral.


Specific experience you’ll need

Conceptual ideas – an ideas-led creative within an agency environment.

Integrated experience – a portfolio of work and campaigns for leading brands

Agency experience – it goes without saying that you’ll need to have a few years agency experience under your belt
